Candace Sonne’s love affair with fabric began as a young girl in her Grandma Sarah Castle’s kitchen. Candace had forgotten to bring a nightgown on one of her visits and Sarah Castle whipped one up from a bed sheet and few pieces of lace. The artful genius of that little white night gown with its lace trim became the inspiration for a lifetime of creativity. Throughout her life, Sarah Castle Weant used her resourcefulness and talent to bless those around her. Candace was doubly graced with a second grandmother, Edna Houser, who was a successful, independent business woman. With the inspiration of these two wonderful southern ladies to guide her, Candace has built Candace Sonne Interior Décor Studio, into one of the most unique Wholesale Soft Treatment Workrooms in the country. Their examples of hard work, inner strength, independence, generosity, and love for beauty and fabric are the ideals that Candace offers to all of her customers in the Mid-Atlantic region, Cyberspace and beyond.
